copper toxicity causes pipes birth control

When it comes to hormone balance for thyroid, adrenal, and sex hormones copper and zinc balance are critical.  Read on to discover how copper copper toxicity is connected to your hormones & so much more.

During my studies, it was brought up many times how much copper toxicity sometimes called “copper imbalance”, is an epidemic! A leading cause of mistaken and misdiagnosed symptoms for millions of people. I realized after viewing over 3,000 HTMA hair analysis test just how right my mentors and studies had been. It was everywhere!  The worst part, no one really knows about it.

It’s a very delicate dance between various organs in the body to keep hormones moving smoothly. Many times through poor diet, environmental toxicities, nutritional deficiencies, stress, aging, and medications the balance can become upset. For women all too common symptoms include painful periods, anxiety, missed cycles, fertility issues, low libido, anemia, insomnia, and difficulty pregnancies.  Women are heavily impacted from copper toxicity because copper in the body has a direct link to estrogen!   Men can be hit with symptoms of low testosterone, loss of muscle mass, anxiety, fatigue, ED (erectile dysfunction), low libido, and fatigue.  The way men are affected occurs through zinc depletion because of excess present copper buried in the body’s tissues.  Zinc truly makes a man.  The prostate contains more zinc than any other soft tissue in the body! Zinc is critical and a great test to help get the balance right is HTMA hair analysis

The most common causes of  copper toxicity are birth control (all forms, every single kind, no exceptions), copper water piping (HUGE!), vegan/vegetarian style of eating, bioidentical estrogen therapy (often used for post menopausal women) and STRESS. Think hard, think way back, have you had these exposures? Exposure counts even if it is in the past! It doesn’t have to be current.  Another growing cause of copper toxicity is passing it to babies in utero.  Most expectant moms have copper toxicity and unknowingly are passing it right on to their baby.  It’s a leading cause for jaundice, foods sensitivities, eczema/dermatitis, delayed growth, and behavioral issues.

Copper excess, like any metal, can stay in the tissues of the body for years and years. Quietly breaking down the body metabolically. If you have participated or were exposed to any of the above causes, it is very likely you are dealing with copper toxicity.

Correcting copper toxicity takes time and the most important step is removing the cause of it and continue working with HTMA hair analysis to keep moving long stored copper from your body’s tissues. It’s not an overnight fix but working on strong diet, supporting the liver, using gentle detox practice, dedication, and mineral balancing are keys to turning the situation around.
